1. Use of Our Website

2. Products and Availability

All products on The Print Within are made-to-order using print-on-demand fulfillment through trusted U.S. partners such as Printify.

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, colors, and images, but variations in color or appearance may occur due to display settings or printing methods.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods through secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

We do not store your full payment details. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

4. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Each product is printed on demand once your order is placed.

Processing typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by standard shipping times.

Orders may ship directly from our U.S. production partners.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, natural events, or factors outside our control (weather, supply chain issues, etc.).

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States (and select international destinations when available).

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, delivery times depend on the carrier.

Please verify your shipping address carefully — we cannot replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because all items are custom-printed, we can only accept returns or exchanges for:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective

• Incorrect items (wrong size, color, or print sent)

If you receive an issue with your order, contact support@theprintwithin.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and order number.

We’ll gladly replace or refund your item when eligible.

We cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or color variations due to screen differences.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, graphics, logos, and images on The Print Within are the property of Bayfish Creative LLC or used under license.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

Purchasing a product does not grant rights to reproduce the artwork or use it commercially.

8. User Content (Comments, Reviews, or Submissions)

If you submit comments, reviews, or images, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content for marketing or site purposes.

You remain the owner of your words and images but agree that your content may appear publicly on our site or social media channels.

We reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or offensive.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or coupon codes.
